“I highly recommend living in this house. It is about 7 minutes away from A.T. Still University and walking distance to a pharmacy (just on the other side of the neighborhood). There are many shopping and dining establishments nearby.
The home is open, spacious and warm in a wonderful neighborhood with 360-degree mountain views and a lovely park. The garage is very convenient fitting two cars and allowing access to the house. The front and backyards have plenty of outdoor space. You may be able to hear children playing and the other occupants of the house, but the neighborhood is very quiet. The windows in every room keep the home well-insulated and well-lit. The kitchen is modern with a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. The furnishings are quite new, very functional, and furniture is comfortable. I am incredibly grateful that it was already furnished when I moved in. This has saved me a lot of money, time, and concern with regards to moving in and out! Utilities and internet are all included in the monthly rent. So, there is no guesswork there either!
The best part of living in this home is who you rent from. They are very friendly and make the homes as liveable as possible, knowing the kind of environment students need to live in so they can work effectively. They are very intentional about the placement of their occupants and do everything in their power to ensure a smooth transition to a calm living and working environment. They even help you keep it clean because they understand how many demands there are on your time as a medical student. The quarterly cleaning service has been wonderful.”

Completely Furnished, Modern-Chic
“Choosing to live at the “Osage House” has been one of my best decisions this past year. The house comes completely furnished in a comfortable and modern-chic style and includes a fully stocked kitchen. There is garage parking available. The neighborhood is incredibly safe, quaint, and walk-friendly. Rent is also bundled with utilities, which for a student like myself, makes it very convenient.
Working with our landlords has been incredible! They are very responsive and accommodating. Additionally, prioritizing a safety talk with all of the housemates was retrospectively one of the most important conversations, especially for someone who is new to the Southwest region and not familiar with the area.
Lastly, they did an amazing job putting a great group of folks together. I genuinely believe that by living in the Osage House, I found my lifelong friends and together, we turned this house into a home.”
